Today was a lot better. Because my costume was the wrong color, the manufacturer gave me store credit, so now i have enough to buy two cheaper costumes! I stayed home today as well, but I'm gonna go back to school tomorrow. I'm  more than a little nervous because because i have a latin translation due tomorrow, and I havent been able to ask the teacher about anything. Basically, If I dont get to see her tomorrow morning, I'm screwed. It is moments like these that make me glad I wont be taking latin next year. I like the language but hate the class because it is was too hard and too much latin to english translation. Next year, I will be free.

It's official, today was weird. I got to stay home from school because I was sick.  It was some weird combination of sleep deprivation and being mortified of being labeled the school's "belly dance slut" by a certain little witch in my grade. As the only belly dancer most of my friends have ever seen, I tend to be subjected to a few weird situations. At a party on saturday the afore mentioned witch sent her friend to try and get me to do a "belly dance dance off" with them. I was an easy target because I was standing awkwardly to the side. I wasn't trying to be a kill-joy or anything, but I was slightly uncomfortable because everyone else was

It's been a couple years since I was last on deviantART. A lot has changed since last time, but I'm really glad to be back. :) Since I left last time, I've learned to use oil pastels pretty well and I've started learning to bellydance, so you might be stuck looking at a few pastels of bellydancers. I'll try to upload some pictures soon.
